I wasn’t sure about Primal Strength when I first saw their site almost a year ago. We bought the smaller dual cable pulley machine and commercial flooring for our home gym. The customer service, especially by Glen, was world class. The flexibility in arranging delivery and clear instructions on what to expect with or without installation was on point. The guys installing the floor and equipment just as nice and professional. I highly recommend this company for home and I can see why for a commercial size gym. Excellent job guys!

I ordered a set of dumbbells and their stealth rack. The equipment is top quality and better than what you would get in a standard gym. I originally ordered the bigger rack but when we moved into the new house discovered it was too big. They updated the order with no issues and sent a refund. This was excellent customer service.
Everything arrived when advised which is very good.

Had to pre order due to demand but everything arrived on the scheduled date and very pleased with the quality and price of the commercial rubber grip weights.

First time customer and would use again. Well priced and great customer care. When there seemed to be an issue with delivery, Lisa in customer care team started making some enquiries and rather than delay sent another order through whilst completing enquiries with courier - so i was really impressed i wasn't kept waiting further until they got to the bottom of it. Got my goods within 2 days of Lisa picking this up. Cheers

I bought a combo rack. Delivery came quick enough considering it was during the pandemic. However, one of the crucial pieces did not fit. After emailing the problem to primal strength numerous times, they kept on giving me the same solution which obviously did not work. I even showed them a video of me doing it. Furthermore, the responses from primal strength were atrocious. I had to call them to get them to reply to my emails. It took almost a month to get the issue sorted out and after all that, I just did not want their product anymore so opted for a refund which took even longer to process. I also had to pay for a crate just to return the combo rack in but what came was an inexpensive palette so I had to tell Primal Strength that a palette came instead of a wooden crate and that I demanded a refund for what I paid since a crate did not even come. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Very unhappy with this company.
